研究項目簡介：
　　環境毒物所引起生物體組織形態異常通常由分子層次如DNA傷害累積而成，尤其是胚胎期生物DNA分裂活動旺盛且對毒性傷害特別敏感，本實驗室以斑馬魚(Danio rerio)為模式生物，探討發育中脊椎動物之DNA錯誤配對與核酸切割修補系統之作用機制。研究重點為斑馬魚DNA錯誤配對辨識蛋白MSH2與MSH6分子選殖，以全覆式原位雜交法探討配對錯誤修補蛋白基因於緊迫及非緊迫狀態下在胚胎之組織特異性表現與利用顯微注射反意核甘酸探討抑制胚胎中MSH2與MSH6活性對神經系統基因表現之影響。另外本實驗室也藉親合性吸附法配合二維蛋白電泳與胜質譜對斑馬魚胚胎中可能參與核酸切割修補之蛋白進行分離及鑑定。
