We employed the seemingly unlimited computation power of CPU and GPU to tackle the interesting and important questions of human health. First is the intriguing allosteric regulation of protein function. We developed and also applied various algorithms to delineate the communication pathways that enables the allosteric regulation. The current focus is on the human serum albumin and the extracellular domain of SCF-KIT complex. Second is to discover the linkage between the human genotype human and creativity. We employed SNP array to find out the correlation between locus and the traits of high creativity.
