研究項目簡介：

本實驗室專注於消化系惡性腫瘤、急性骨髓性白血病及蚊媒病毒感染等疾病的分子機制解析、藥物開發與轉譯醫學應用，並強調與臨床腫瘤專家、血液科醫師、病理學家及人工智慧技術專家的跨領域合作，以加速新藥與精準醫學策略的臨床轉譯。我們整合體外細胞、斑馬魚疾病動物模型、高通量藥物篩選與機器學習技術，針對抗腫瘤與抗病毒新藥進行研究，以提升疾病診斷與治療效果。

我們透過多家醫學中心的樣本分析、患者樣本與來源細胞、小鼠模型、臨床試驗設計等方式，推動抗腫瘤與抗病毒新藥的開發，並驗證其藥物臨床應用潛力。此外，我們亦長期參與跨國合作研究項目，結合基礎醫學、大數據分析與人工智慧技術，以鑑定新型治療標的並發展個人化醫療策略，致力於將基礎研究成果轉化為臨床應用。我們的研究涵蓋以下核心領域：

  1. 基因轉殖與基因敲除技術: 運用Tol2 transposon與CRISPR/Cas9技術進行基因編輯，建立腫瘤相關基因的轉殖與敲除模型，以解析其致病機制。此外，我們整合臨床樣本數據進行比對與驗證，確保研究結果的臨床相關性，並促進其在轉譯醫學與精準治療中的應用。
  2. 斑馬魚疾病動物模型建立: 開發腫瘤疾病斑馬魚模型，進行體外與體內功能驗證與高通量藥物篩選，並與醫學中心合作，驗證潛在藥物的治療效果與臨床可行性。透過患者衍生腫瘤異種移植（PDX）等技術，模擬患者腫瘤的生長與藥物反應，為個人化醫療提供參考依據。
  3. 細胞與分子生物學研究: 運用基因體學、轉錄體學與蛋白質體學技術，深入探討腫瘤微環境、免疫機制及病毒感染對宿主細胞的影響。此外，我們與臨床醫師密切合作，分析患者樣本，以驗證關鍵分子標的的臨床應用潛力，並評估其在新藥開發與治療策略中的適應性，進一步推動轉譯醫學發展。
  4. 高通量藥物篩選與機器學習應用: 整合高通量篩選技術與人工智慧分析，篩選具潛力的抗腫瘤藥物。此外，我們與人工智慧技術專家及臨床醫師合作，建立並優化智能藥物篩選平台，進行藥物測試與機制驗證，以提升候選藥物的臨床可用性與轉譯應用潛力。
  5. 腫瘤生物標誌物的發現與應用: 長期與臨床病理醫師合作，透過患者樣本分析進行生物標誌物的鑑定與驗證，以開發癌症診斷與治療反應監測的分子標誌。此研究將有助於提升精準醫學應用，並優化個人化治療策略。
